Hooker Electric 6277 Flexfit® Yupoong Wooly Combed Hats stretches for comfort while it retains its original shape. Genuine Yupoong products are chosen because they’re known the world over for quality, fit, and durability. The embroidery features our colorful 2″w x 2 1/2″h embroidered Hooker Electric girl silhouette on the front, with a 3 1/2″w x 1″h full Hooker Electric logo on the back. The hat sports a trendy low profile and unstructured design for that classic look. The athletic shape with a fused hard buckram backing sewn into the two front crown panels provides excellent structure. Buckram is a stiff cloth made of cotton, stiffened by soaking in pyroxylin, to fill the gaps between the fibers. A solid buckram lining keeps this mesh flex fit hat looking as if it’s never been worn!

The under visor is embellished with a silver color fabric which provides an additional dose of style. The visor is secured by eight rows of stitching. The hat is consistent with the look and feel of wool. The Spandex inserted sweatband retains its shape in all conditions. The profile is defined as mid-height assembled with six panels. Traditionally, professional baseball caps were constructed with 8 panels, but by 1938, that changed. The crown area is 3 1/2″ tall fitted with a curved visor.
