Hooker Electric Crash Pump Kit

Every deep sea vessel requires a dewatering device for their sportfish or center console boat. What vessel doesn’t have lifebuoys at hand for emergencies? An instantly deployed crash pump could mean the difference between sinking and getting back to the dock. For larger vessels, two crash pump rigs are recommended. Standard bilge pumps are usually not enough. A typical bilge pump can clog when trying to pump too much water.

In an emergency, the last system to go is the DC side of your power. Plugging our kit into your electric reel outlet is an effective solution because it’s easily accessible and should already include a breaker for inline safety. Simply plug it into the pump, unroll the hose end overboard, and drop the pump in the hold.

Everything you need to assemble your own kit is provided. 50 AMP service is required for the use of the kit.
