Hooker Electric has been “doing what we do” successfully for many years now because we strive for customer satisfaction. If anything is not to your satisfaction, simply call us and we will speak to you regarding your issues. If in a rare case, we have manufactured a product incorrectly or any of our merchandise is defective, Hooker Electric will make it right.
REELS, ACCESSORIES & APPAREL
All sales on Hooker Electric reels, pumps, gear, apparel & accessories are final. No refunds or exchanges can be offered. Please understand, all of the reels are custom-built, based on the specifications provided by our customers. This is the industry’s reason for not allowing or accepting returns.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
The PENN® Product reels are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth by the warranty that accompanies every reel. PENN® will, at their option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from fire, intentional breakage, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, repair, or modification. This warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective Hooker Electric components now serviced by PENN®. They reserve the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Hooker Electric product covered by warranty and the right to replace any discontinued or special edition models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

What We Need From You for Service/Warranty/Repair
- Your reel (Please make sure you properly package and insure your reel. We recommend you send your reels to PENN® via UPS so that the shipment can be tracked and we can verify receipt of your goods.)
- Dated reel proof of purchase (For warranty consideration a dated proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.)
- Complete the Repair Form accessible HERE (Please DO NOT Send Cash)

Shipped items must be delivered to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. PENN® assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper sufficient to replace the item shipped.
