Hooker Electric’s Shipping Information
At Hooker Electric, our shipping process is straightforward. All orders are shipped within one business day of the time from when the original order placed, unless it is a custom reel, which may take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. The other exception to this rule will be if you purchase an item that is in “back order” status, at which point the item would ship as soon as it becomes available.
ORDERS SHIP FAST
Most products are typically in stock and ready to ship. We must receive orders no later than 12:00pm EST (M-F) to ship same day. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. Orders placed after Noon eastern time are shipped the next business day. Local deliveries will ship within 1-2 days of placed order. In the Months of June-August, we are operating at high demand levels. We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but do not guarantee same or next day shipping. Please give us a call if you need something more quickly and we will do our best to assist you.
Orders shipped to the East Coast and the Mid-West will experience a two to three business day delivery time. West coast orders will see a delivery time of four to five business days. We use UPS for regular orders. Bulk orders are shipped through the best shipping methods defined.

Our shipping system will email you tracking information to allow you to track your UPS shipments from the time they leave our facility to your door.

Call to place order. Packages are usually delivered in 3-7 business days.
Additional shipping charges DO apply to your shipping area. Since shipping charges are based on weight and your zip code, the best way to find out additional shipping charges would be to place your order online. Your order is automatically processed according to your location. The payment system will email you a confirmation about your order. We may choose to ship USPS in the some cases, especially for Hawaii.
Non-contiguous states are Alaska and Hawaii and offshore US territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES, MILITARY APO/FFO

Your order is automatically processed according to your location. The payment system will email you a confirmation about your order. Orders shipped via UPS or USPS and are delivered in 3-7 business days.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship to Canada addresses, but customers will be responsible for duty and broker fees which we do not include in the purchase. Please contact us with the exact items you want to order (the item numbers are on the product’s website page), your billing/shipping address and ask for a quote. We’ll calculate the actual shipping fees based on the items you want and your address. We’ll then email you a quote for your approval.
We can ship to commercial/business addresses only. We ship via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS depending on product(s) and weight. Packages are usually delivered in 6-10 business days. Contact us with the exact items you want to order (item numbers are on the product’s page), your billing/shipping address and ask for a quote.
Keep this in mind when requesting International Shipping, you are solely accepting the entire risk of delayed shipments, misrouting and lost packages. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves the United States. We are all dependent on the Postal Service of each country your package travels through. Hooker Electric will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or misrouted packages.
Please check your order at arrival and inform us within 24 hours of delivery of any concerns like shortage or damage.
